Access and pricing
Ledger is not self-serve. Firms get started by contacting sales at [email protected] or through the contact page, and a 14-day free trial is available. Pricing is discussed with our team. Onboarding and migration from Xero or QuickBooks are handled by our team.
Security and data residency
- Customer financial data that Ledger itself stores is kept in the European Union. Limited transfers to US-based sub-processors are covered by standard contractual clauses, and opt-in UK bank feeds use Plaid, which stores retrieved bank data in the US. See https://ledgerpro.ai/privacy.
- Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each entity's data is isolated in its own database.
- Every change is recorded in a hash-chained audit log that is verified daily.
- Ledger is working toward SOC 2 Type II. It does not yet hold the attestation.
Partner programme
Accounting firms earn a recurring commission on clients they refer. Details are on the referral page, linked below.
